Day capsules typically: Paracetamol with a decongestant (e.g. phenylephrine) and caffeine. Night capsules typically: Paracetamol with an antihistamine (e.g. diphenhydramine). Confirm exact actives and strengths on the pack.

Directions for Use

Take as directed on the label. Usually the clearly-marked DAY capsules during the daytime and the NIGHT capsules in the evening, swallowed with water, spaced as the pack directs and without exceeding the stated number in 24 hours. Because these capsules contain paracetamol, do not take any other paracetamol-containing medicine at the same time. Use for a few days only; see a doctor if symptoms persist.
