Day tablets: paracetamol with phenylephrine hydrochloride. Night tablets: paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride. Confirm strengths on product packaging.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: take one day (white) tablet with water in the morning, midday and mid-afternoon, and one night (blue) tablet at bedtime. Maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours as labelled. Do not take other paracetamol-containing products at the same time. Do not exceed the stated dose, and see a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 3 days.

The night tablet causes drowsiness. Take it only at bedtime, do not drive afterwards, and avoid alcohol. Contains paracetamol. Overdose seriously harms the liver. Avoid with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate problems, and MAOI antidepressants. Not for under-12s. Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with liver or kidney disease. Confirm exact composition on the pack. Store below 30°C.
