Clexane 80mg Injection (2 pack) from Sanofi contains enoxaparin, a low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) that thins the blood to prevent and treat harmful blood clots. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine, given as an injection just under the skin (usually into the tummy/abdomen). Use exactly the dose your doctor sets. It is based on your weight and condition. If you (or a carer) have been taught to inject it at home, follow the technique shown, rotate sites, and do not expel the air bubble in pre-filled syringes. Attend any blood tests your doctor arranges. Do not stop without advice.

As a blood thinner, it increases the risk of bleeding. Report unusual bruising, prolonged bleeding, black or bloody stools, or signs of bleeding promptly, and tell any doctor or dentist you take it. Tell your doctor about kidney problems, recent surgery, stomach ulcers, low platelets, or other blood thinners and NSAID painkillers. Use in pregnancy only as directed.
