Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your fertility doctor or gynaecologist. Typically one 50mg tablet daily for 5 days, starting early in the menstrual cycle (often day 2-5), for a limited number of monitored cycles. Your doctor may track response with ultrasound or hormone tests and adjust the dose. Do not extend treatment beyond the cycles your doctor advises.

Do not use in pregnancy (rule out pregnancy before each course), with ovarian cysts (other than PCOS), unexplained vaginal bleeding, or significant liver disease. Slightly increases the chance of twins. Your doctor will discuss this. Hot flushes, mood swings and bloating are common; stop and seek urgent review for severe pelvic pain, rapid swelling or breathlessness (ovarian hyperstimulation). Visual disturbances warrant stopping treatment. Report them. Treatment is usually limited to 6 cycles. Store below 30°C.
