Coveram 10mg/10mg Tablets (30 pack) from Servier pair perindopril 10mg, an ACE inhibitor with proven heart-protective benefits, with amlodipine 10mg, a calcium channel blocker. The highest strength of this widely prescribed combination for hypertension and stable coronary artery disease. Perindopril relaxes vessels and protects the heart and kidneys, while amlodipine adds smooth, sustained vessel dilation. One tablet daily replaces two separate medicines, making maximal dual therapy simpler for patients with demanding blood pressure targets.

Perindopril arginine 10mg with amlodipine (as besylate) 10mg per tablet. Contains lactose.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. One tablet once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal. Take consistently at the same time daily and do not stop without medical advice. Attend regular blood pressure, kidney function and electrolyte reviews, and continue lifestyle measures.

Do not use in pregnancy. ACE inhibitors can seriously harm an unborn baby. A persistent dry cough is a recognised perindopril effect. Report it; ankle swelling and flushing can occur with amlodipine. Stop and seek urgent care for swelling of the face, lips or tongue (angioedema). Caution with kidney artery narrowing, high potassium, diuretics and NSAIDs. Avoid large amounts of grapefruit.
