Coveram 10mg/10mg tablets contain perindopril 10 mg and amlodipine 10 mg used for the control of hypertension and coronary heart disease.
Usual dose is 1 tablet once daily.Coveram should be taken as directed by the doctor. Grapefruit juice and grapefruit should not be consumed while taking Coveram. This is because grapefruit and grapefruit juice can lead to an increase in the blood levels of the active ingredient amlodipine, which can cause an unpredictable increase in the blood pressure lowering effect of Coveram.
Do not take coveram 10/10 if : You are allergic to perindopril or amlodipine, or any of the other ingredients. Are pregnant or trying to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
