Overview
Dichlor-25 Tablets contain Chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and fluid retention (edema) associated with heart failure, liver cirrhosis, or kidney disorders. Chlorthalidone works by helping the kidneys eliminate excess salt and water from the body, thereby reducing blood pressure and swelling.

Directions for Use
Take one Dichlor-25 Tablet once daily, preferably in the morning with food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it. Avoid taking the medication within 4 hours of bedtime to prevent nighttime urination. Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions regarding the duration of treatment.
