Overview

Ecofree TH-4 is a prescription pain-and-spasm tablet that combines two medicines - etoricoxib, an anti-inflammatory painkiller (a COX-2 selective NSAID), and thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant. Together they relieve pain, swelling and stiffness caused by painful muscle spasms and musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, sprains and strains, and joint problems like osteoarthritis. Etoricoxib eases inflammation and pain while thiocolchicoside relaxes tight, cramping muscles, helping restore comfortable movement. This combination is intended for short-term relief of acute painful muscle conditions in adults, under a doctor's guidance.

Etoricoxib 60mg and Thiocolchicoside 4mg per tablet.

Directions for Use

This medicine requires a prescription. Use only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet as prescribed, usually once or twice daily, swallowed whole with water. Take it with or just after food to protect the stomach. Use for the shortest time needed to control your symptoms - it is meant for short courses, not long-term daily use. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Not suitable if you are allergic to NSAIDs, or have active stomach ulcers, severe heart, kidney or liver disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. As an NSAID, etoricoxib can raise blood pressure and carries a risk of stomach and cardiovascular effects, so use cautiously if you have heart disease or are older. Thiocolchicoside may cause drowsiness - take care when driving. Avoid alcohol. Common effects include stomach upset, nausea, dizziness and drowsiness. Store below 30°C, away from moisture.
