Directions for Use

Shake the bottle well before use and measure with the cup or spoon provided. Take the dose recommended on the pack for the age group, usually once or twice daily, ideally before meals. Do not use if allergic to fennel, fenugreek, ginger, mint or any ingredient. Being herbal it is generally well tolerated. If your child's poor appetite is persistent, or is accompanied by weight loss, vomiting or other symptoms, see a doctor to rule out an underlying cause. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should check with a healthcare provider before use (fenugreek and high-dose ginger may not be advised). Store below 30°C away from direct sunlight.
