Overview
Fanlar Tablets contain sulfadoxine and pyrimethamine, a combination antimalarial medicine used to treat uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum, particularly where chloroquine resistance is a concern. The two ingredients work together to block the malaria parasite's ability to make folate, which it needs to grow and multiply, helping to clear the infection. It is used under medical guidance for malaria treatment (and, in some programmes, prevention) for patients . This is a dispensing pack of 25 strips of 3 tablets.
