Febrex Plus Tablets (20 pack) are a multi-symptom cold and flu remedy combining paracetamol for fever, headache and body aches with phenylephrine, a nasal decongestant, and chlorpheniramine, an antihistamine that dries a runny nose and calms sneezing. Together they cover the miserable trio of cold symptoms. Fever, blocked nose and constant nose-running. In one tablet, helping adults push through colds, flu and sinus congestion. A familiar, affordable choice in pharmacies for whole-of-cold relief.

Paracetamol 500mg with phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg and chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg per tablet. Confirm strengths on product packaging.

Directions for Use

Adults: take one tablet three to four times daily as needed, with water and preferably after food. Leave at least 4-6 hours between doses and do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Do not combine with any other paracetamol-containing or cold-and-flu product. See a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 3 days or a high fever develops.

Causes drowsiness (chlorpheniramine). Take care driving and avoid alcohol. Contains paracetamol: overdose seriously harms the liver. Never exceed the stated dose. Avoid with high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, prostate enlargement, severe liver disease, and MAOI antidepressants. Not for young children except on medical advice.
