Feroglobin Capsules from Vitabiotics are a gentle daily iron supplement in a slow-release capsule, formulated to support energy, reduced tiredness and healthy red blood cell formation. Directions for Use

Take one capsule daily with your main meal, swallowed whole with water. Iron is best absorbed away from tea, coffee and dairy. Leave a couple of hours between these and your capsule. Take consistently each day; do not exceed the recommended intake. If you have been told you are anaemic, use under medical guidance and attend follow-up blood tests.

Keep strictly out of reach of children. Iron overdose is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in young children. May cause dark stools (harmless) or mild constipation. Do not take with other iron-containing supplements without advice, and check with your doctor first if you have haemochromatosis or other iron-overload conditions. Persistent tiredness should be investigated, not just supplemented. See your doctor if symptoms continue.
