Overview

Directions for Use

Stir one sachet into a full glass of water (or as directed), drink promptly before it thickens, and follow with another glass of water, once daily or as directed. Always take with plenty of fluid. Build up gradually if new to fibre supplements. Confirm the fibre type and dose on the packaging.

IMPORTANT: always take bulk-forming fibre with plenty of water. Taking it with too little fluid can cause it to swell and block the throat or gut. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing or a suspected bowel obstruction. Build up gradually to limit bloating and wind.
