Finosin Tablets (30 pack) are a combination medicine for the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH), typically pairing finasteride with tamsulosin. Finasteride gradually shrinks the enlarged prostate gland by lowering the hormone that drives its growth, while tamsulosin relaxes the muscle at the bladder neck and prostate to ease the flow of urine. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, at the same time each day, often about 30 minutes after the same meal. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Finasteride works slowly, so it may take several months to feel the full benefit. Keep taking it daily and do not stop without advice. Rise slowly from sitting or lying, especially when first starting, as tamsulosin can cause dizziness.

Women who are or may become pregnant must not handle crushed or broken tablets, as finasteride can harm a developing male baby. May cause dizziness on standing, reduced sexual desire or ejaculation changes; tell your doctor if these trouble you. Finasteride lowers PSA blood levels.
