Fulcover 100mg Capsules (10 pack) contain itraconazole, a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal from Saga Laboratories prescribed for stubborn fungal infections. Vaginal thrush that resists standard treatment, ringworm of the body, groin, hands and feet, oral thrush, pityriasis versicolor and fungal nail infections. Itraconazole works by destroying the fungal cell membrane, clearing infection from within. Directions for Use
This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Regimens vary by infection, e.g. 200mg twice daily for one day (vaginal thrush), 100-200mg daily for 7-15 days (skin infections), or pulse courses for nail infections. Swallow capsules whole immediately after a full meal for best absorption. Complete the prescribed course even if symptoms clear early.
Do not use in pregnancy (use reliable contraception until the period after treatment ends) or with heart failure history except on specialist advice. Avoid combining with simvastatin, certain antihistamines, midazolam and several other medicines. Itraconazole has major drug interactions; tell your doctor everything you take. Antacids and acid reducers cut absorption. Separate by 2 hours. Report dark urine, yellowing eyes or persistent nausea (liver effects). Store below 30°C.
