Directions for Use

Wash and dry hands. Insert a new strip into your GlucoPlus meter. It powers on automatically. Prick the side of a fingertip with a fresh lancet, touch the blood drop to the strip's tip and let it draw in; the result appears in seconds. Record your reading. Use each strip once and dispose of safely. Check the strip vial's expiry and code requirements per the meter manual.

For in-vitro diagnostic (testing) use only. Compatible only with GlucoPlus meters. Recap the vial immediately; humidity damages strips. Do not use expired, damaged or improperly stored strips. Results may be inaccurate. Readings that do not match how you feel should be repeated; seek urgent care for very high or very low results with symptoms.
