Directions for Use

Take only as directed. Usually one 20mg tablet once daily, swallowed whole with water, with or without food, at about the same time each day. Use it regularly during your allergy season or while symptoms last for the best control, or on the days you have symptoms. Follow the age guidance on the pack. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Although usually non-drowsy, it can make some people sleepy. See how it affects you before driving, and avoid alcohol.
