Overview

Loobid Tablets (10 pack) contain loratadine, a non-drowsy antihistamine for relief of allergy symptoms. Sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes from hay fever and other allergies, and the itch of hives (urticaria). Loratadine blocks histamine to calm allergic symptoms with once-daily convenience and minimal drowsiness for most people.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over the age stated on the pack: take one tablet once daily, with or without food. Confirm the dose for children on the packaging. Use as needed during allergy episodes or regularly through the allergy season.

Generally non-drowsy, but a few people feel some drowsiness. Assess your response before driving. Tell your doctor if you have liver disease (the dose may need adjusting) or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop antihistamines several days before allergy skin testing, as they affect results. If hives are widespread, recurrent, or come with facial/throat swelling or breathing difficulty, seek medical care urgently. Do not exceed the stated dose.
