Prenor 25/5mg Tablets (30 pack) are a combination medicine used to treat long-lasting nerve pain (neuropathic pain), such as that caused by diabetes, shingles or nerve injury. It typically combines pregabalin (which calms over-active nerve signals) with nortriptyline (which also helps dampen nerve pain), working together to ease burning, shooting or tingling pain and the sleep and mood problems that often come with it. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The dose is usually started low and increased gradually, often taken at night to begin with (as it can cause drowsiness), swallowed with water, with or without food. Take it regularly; nerve-pain medicines can take a couple of weeks to work. Do not stop suddenly. Your doctor will reduce it gradually.
