Directions for Use

Shake well before use. Take by mouth using the cap or a measuring spoon, at the dose stated on the packaging (commonly two teaspoonfuls / 10ml for adults, a few times a day). Drinking plenty of fluids helps the expectorant work. Do not exceed the recommended dose. People with diabetes should still fit this into their overall daily plan.
