Active ingredients: Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine maleate and a cough-relief ingredient (dextromethorphan).

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1-2 tablets every 6 hours as needed, swallowed whole with water. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours, and take with food to reduce stomach upset. As it may cause drowsiness, an evening dose may suit better. Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing or cold-and-flu products. Use for short-term symptom relief; if symptoms persist beyond a few days, seek medical advice.
