Directions for Use

For inhalation use only. Remove the cap, hold the inhaler stick gently under one nostril while closing the other, and breathe in the vapour; repeat for the other nostril. Use as needed when your nose feels blocked, up to a few times a day. Replace the cap firmly after each use to preserve the vapours. Do not insert deeply into the nostril or share the inhaler with others.

For external/inhalation use only. Do not swallow and do not place inside the nose. Not recommended for children under 6 years unless advised. Keep away from the eyes. Stop use if irritation occurs.
