Directions for Use

For use in the nose. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray as directed, breathing in gently, then repeat for the other nostril; blow your nose gently afterwards if needed. Use several times a day as needed to relieve and clean the nose. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after use.
