Xylolin 0.05% Paediatric Nasal Spray (10ml) is the child-strength version of the trusted xylometazoline decongestant, gently clearing blocked little noses so children can feed, sleep and play comfortably. The halved 0.05% strength suits children's delicate nasal lining, easing congestion from colds and allergies for up to 10 hours per dose. For parents nursing a snuffly child through cold season, it offers fast, targeted relief without drowsy syrups. Used in short courses on a pharmacist's or doctor's advice.

Directions for Use

Children 2-11 years (or as the pack directs): blow or wipe the nose gently, then apply one spray into each nostril once or twice daily as needed, under adult supervision. Do not exceed the stated number of doses, and do not use continuously for more than 5-7 days. Use for younger children only on a doctor's or pharmacist's advice. Clean the nozzle after each use and do not share between children.

Prolonged use causes rebound congestion. Strictly limit to short courses. Not for infants below the age stated on the pack except on medical advice. Avoid in children with heart conditions or thyroid disorders unless a doctor approves. Mild stinging, sneezing or dryness can occur. If congestion persists, or the child has high fever, ear pain or refuses feeds, see a doctor promptly. Store below 30°C.
