Xylolin 0.1% Adult Nasal Spray (10ml) delivers xylometazoline, a fast-acting decongestant that unblocks a stuffy nose within minutes and keeps it clear for up to 10 hours. By shrinking the swollen blood vessels of the nasal lining, it restores easy breathing in colds, flu, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. Helping you sleep, work and breathe comfortably through Kenya's cold seasons. The metered spray delivers a precise dose exactly where it is needed, without drowsiness or tablets.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: blow the nose gently, then spray once into each nostril up to two to three times daily as needed. Do not exceed three applications per day, and do not use continuously for more than 7 days. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and do not share the bottle. If congestion persists beyond a week, see a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not use for more than 7 days. Longer use causes rebound congestion that worsens blockage. Not for children under 12 (use the paediatric 0.05% strength). Avoid with severe heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, glaucoma or MAOI antidepressants, and after surgery through the nose. A mild stinging or dryness can occur. Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use only one decongestant product at a time. Store below 30°C.
