Andolex C Mouthwash 200ml is a dual-action antiseptic and pain-relieving oral rinse for the relief of painful inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat. Including mouth ulcers, sore gums, sore throat, and oral irritation following dental procedures. It combines benzydamine, a locally acting anti-inflammatory and analgesic that numbs soreness on contact, with chlorhexidine, a proven antiseptic that reduces the bacteria that aggravate oral infection and plaque. Together they soothe pain while supporting oral hygiene during healing. A pharmacist-trusted choice for mouth and throat discomfort.
Benzydamine hydrochloride 0.15% m/v and chlorhexidine gluconate 0.12% m/v oral rinse. Confirm composition on product packaging.
Directions for Use
Use 15ml (about a tablespoon) as a mouthwash or gargle every 1.5 to 3 hours as needed, or as directed by your doctor, dentist or pharmacist. Rinse or gargle for about 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not dilute unless stinging occurs, in which case it may be diluted with an equal volume of water. Avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after use. If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, see your doctor or dentist.
For oral rinsing only. Do not swallow; not suitable for children under 12 unless advised by a doctor or dentist. Chlorhexidine may cause temporary taste changes or, with prolonged use, brown staining of teeth and tongue. This is reversible and reduced by brushing before use. Stop use if mouth irritation, swelling or rash develops. Mild numbness or tingling after rinsing is expected. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Store below 30°C.
