Overview
Tilyptin 20mg Tablets contain teneligliptin 20mg, a long-acting DPP-4 inhibitor for type 2 diabetes. Teneligliptin boosts the body's own incretin hormones so that insulin is released when blood glucose rises and excess glucagon is suppressed. Delivering smooth glucose control with a low risk of hypoglycaemia and a weight-neutral profile, used alone or with other diabetes medicines.
Directions for Use
This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, at a consistent time. Continue diet and exercise measures and monitor blood sugar as advised. Do not adjust the dose yourself.
Not for type 1 diabetes or ketoacidosis. Stop and seek care for severe persistent abdominal pain radiating to the back (possible pancreatitis). Report severe joint pain or blistering skin reactions. Tell your doctor about heart rhythm conditions (QT), as caution applies. Hypoglycaemia risk rises when combined with sulfonylureas or insulin.
