Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, at a consistent time. In the early weeks, especially in young adults, mood may dip or unusual thoughts can occur. Report any worsening, agitation or thoughts of self-harm promptly and keep follow-up appointments. May cause nausea, sleep changes, headache or reduced libido, often easing with time. Avoid with MAO inhibitors; caution with other serotonergic medicines, tramadol and blood thinners. Tell your doctor about heart rhythm problems, liver issues, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit alcohol.
