Bispanol contains Hyoscine N ButylBromide BP 5 mg, per 5ml. It is used for Visceral spasm, adjunct in peptic ulcer disease 10-20 mg three times every 24 hours. It can also be used as premedication for motion sickness, dysmennorhea and post-operative vomiting.
