Duolac Solution (200ml) is a gentle laxative used to relieve constipation. Directions for Use

Take by mouth as directed on the label or by your doctor, using the measure provided. Commonly once daily, preferably with a meal (such as breakfast). Swallow it (you may take it with water or juice). Drink plenty of fluids through the day, as this helps the laxative work. It usually takes a day or two to have its full effect; your doctor may adjust the dose to give one comfortable stool a day.

Do not use if you have galactosaemia, a blocked or perforated bowel, or unexplained stomach pain, nausea or vomiting. See a doctor instead. May cause wind, bloating or cramps at first, which usually settle. See a doctor if constipation lasts more than a few days despite treatment, or if there is a sudden change in your bowel habits, as the cause should be checked.
