Directions for Use

Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass of water, stir well and drink straight away (it thickens if left to stand). Take it as needed for constipation, generally not more than once daily or as directed on the pack. Importantly, drink plenty of fluids through the day, as fibre laxatives need water to work and to pass safely. It usually works within a day or two.

Always take with a full glass of water and keep well hydrated. Taking fibre laxatives with too little fluid can cause throat or gut blockage. Do NOT use if you have difficulty swallowing, abdominal pain of unknown cause, nausea or vomiting, or any sign of bowel obstruction. See a doctor if constipation lasts more than a week, or if you notice blood in the stool or a sudden change in bowel habit. Mild bloating, cramps or wind can occur. Store in a cool, dry place.
