Overview

Nexiken Kit (42 units) is a 7-day combination therapy pack for eradicating Helicobacter pylori. The stomach bacterium behind most peptic ulcers and persistent gastritis. Each daily strip combines an acid-suppressing proton pump inhibitor with two antibiotics, taken together so the antibiotics can clear the bacteria while the acid reducer lets the stomach lining heal. Packaged by day and dose for simple adherence, it offers ulcer patients a complete, organised course that treats the cause of the ulcer rather than just the symptoms.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Typically one combined dose (acid reducer plus two antibiotics) twice daily for 7 days, following the kit's day-by-day strips. Take doses before meals as directed, complete the entire kit without skipping, and avoid alcohol during treatment. Your doctor may confirm eradication with a follow-up test after treatment.

Complete the full course. Stopping early breeds antibiotic resistance and treatment failure. Do not use with allergy to penicillins, macrolides or PPIs; confirm components on the pack.
