Overview

Novogermina Vials contain the probiotic Bacillus clausii, beneficial spore-forming bacteria used to restore the natural balance of good bacteria in the gut. It is commonly used to manage diarrhoea. Including diarrhoea linked to antibiotics or gut infections, and to relieve digestive disturbances and support gut and immune health. Supplied as ready-to-drink liquid vials (pack of 10), it is suitable for adults and children , and is especially handy during or after a course of antibiotics.

Directions for Use

Shake the vial gently. Twist or snap open the top as indicated and either drink the contents directly or mix into a little cool water, milk or juice (not hot). Take the number of vials per day stated on the packaging or advised by your doctor. If taking with antibiotics, space the doses a few hours apart. Use for the recommended duration.

Generally well tolerated. Use with medical advice in people who are seriously ill, immunocompromised, or have a central venous line. Do not add to hot food or drinks, as heat destroys the probiotic. If diarrhoea is severe, bloody, or lasts more than a couple of days, or there are signs of dehydration, seek medical care. Oral rehydration may also be needed.
