Overview

Actilosa Capsules (10 pack) are a combined prebiotic and probiotic supplement that restores and maintains a healthy balance of gut bacteria. Each capsule delivers 5 billion live organisms across four well-studied strains. Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, B. bifidum and B. infantis. Plus inulin, a prebiotic fibre that feeds the friendly bacteria as they settle in. Ideal during and after antibiotic courses, after stomach upsets or travel, Actilosa helps normalise digestion, ease bloating and support gut immunity for families.

Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium infantis (5 billion CFU combined) with inulin 25mg per capsule.

Directions for Use

Take one capsule twice daily with meals, or as advised by your pharmacist. If taking antibiotics, separate the probiotic from the antibiotic dose by at least 2 hours and continue for 1-2 weeks after the course ends. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Store as directed on the pack to keep the cultures alive.

Avoid in severe acute pancreatitis, in severely immunocompromised patients and where the gut wall is badly damaged. Probiotics carry a rare infection risk in these groups; ask your doctor first. Mild, temporary bloating or gas can occur in the first days. Persistent diarrhoea, blood in stools or fever needs medical assessment, not just probiotics. Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or for young children. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
