Bifilac Capsules (10 pack) are a four-strain probiotic combination used to restore healthy gut flora and treat diarrhoea of various causes. Including antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, acute infectious diarrhoea and digestive upset from disturbed gut bacteria. Its complementary strains work as a team: lactic-acid producers crowd out harmful bacteria while butyrate-producing strains nourish the gut lining. Bifilac is widely prescribed alongside antibiotics to protect digestion, and as gut support in irritable bowel symptoms. A trusted probiotic option for patients of all ages, as directed.

Directions for Use

Adults: one capsule two to three times daily, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take with or after food. When prescribed alongside an antibiotic, separate the doses by at least 2 hours and continue for several days after the antibiotic course ends. For children unable to swallow capsules, the contents may be mixed with a small amount of cool food or drink if your doctor advises.

Use with caution in severely immunocompromised or critically ill patients. Probiotics in these groups need specialist advice. Seek medical care for diarrhoea with blood, high fever or dehydration signs, especially in children. Probiotics support but do not replace rehydration and proper assessment.
