Buscopan Plus Tablets (40 pack) combine hyoscine butylbromide 10mg, the trusted antispasmodic, with paracetamol 500mg for direct pain relief. A double action against painful abdominal cramps. Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: take 1-2 tablets three to four times daily, swallowed whole with water. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours, and do not take any other paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time. Use the lowest dose that controls the cramps. If pain persists beyond a few days or worsens, see a doctor rather than continuing to self-treat.

Contains paracetamol. Overdose seriously harms the liver; never exceed the stated dose or combine with other paracetamol products. Avoid with narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, bowel obstruction, megacolon or prostate-related urinary retention. May cause dry mouth and blurred vision. Take care driving.
