Directions for Use
This is a prescription medicine. Shake the bottle well before each dose and measure with the cap or syringe provided. Give the exact dose your doctor prescribes (based on weight/age), usually spread through the day, with or after food to reduce stomach upset. Complete the full course even if symptoms improve, to fully clear the infection. Once reconstituted, keep as directed (often refrigerated) and use within the stated period.
Tell your doctor about liver problems, heart-rhythm problems, or all other medicines, as erythromycin interacts with several (including some heart, statin and asthma medicines) and rarely affects heart rhythm. Mild stomach upset, nausea or diarrhoea is common; seek advice for severe or bloody diarrhoea. Report yellowing of the skin/eyes. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only on advice. Store as directed; shake before each use. This product information is for general guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
