Mydawa Co-amoxiclav 1000 mg contains amoxicillin 875 mg and clavulanic acid 125 mg. It Is an antibiotic that belongs in a group of medicines called '' Penicillins''. Mydawa Co-amoxiclav is used to treat sinus infection, throat and chest infection, Skin infection, Urinary infection, Dental infections and other bacterial infections.
Dosage: One tablet two to three times after every 8 hours. Consult with your doctor on dosages and duration as this may vary with different conditions. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mydawa Co-amoxiclav 1000 mg tablet is to be taken with food. This will help to avoid stomach upset.
Contraindicated In patients with a history of hypersensitivity to betalactams, e.g. Penicillins and cephalosporins. Can be used during pregnancy upon a physician approval for treatment.
