Vildaril M 50/1000mg Tablets combine Vildagliptin (50 mg) and Metformin (1000 mg), used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Vildagliptin enhances insulin secretion and reduces glucagon release, while Metformin decreases glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
Take Vildaril M 50/1000mg Tablets as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice daily with meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Consistency is key, so take it at the same time each day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
