Overview

Dentogel 10g is a soothing oral gel for mouth and gum pain, combining choline salicylate. An aspirin-family pain reliever that calms inflammation. With lignocaine, a local anaesthetic that numbs on contact. It eases mouth ulcers, denture rubbing, sore gums and general oral soreness within minutes of application. The sugar-free gel clings to the moist lining of the mouth, delivering relief exactly where it hurts. A handy tube for households dealing with painful ulcers and gum irritation. Directions for Use

Dry the sore area gently with a clean tissue, then massage about half a centimetre of gel onto the painful spot with a clean fingertip, up to three to four times daily. Ideally after meals and before bed. Leave at least 3 hours between applications. Do not eat or drink immediately after applying. See a dentist or doctor if ulcers persist beyond 7-10 days.

Not for teething infants under 16 weeks, and salicylate-containing oral gels should not be used in children under 16 except on medical advice (Reye's syndrome risk). Ask your pharmacist for an age-appropriate alternative. Do not exceed the stated applications. Salicylate overuse irritates the mouth. Avoid if allergic to aspirin or local anaesthetics.
