Overview

Flexilor 8mg contains lornoxicam, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation. It is prescribed for moderate pain such as back pain, joint and muscle pain, dental pain and arthritis. Lornoxicam works by reducing the body chemicals that cause pain, swelling and stiffness. Its effective pain relief helps restore comfort and movement. Supplied as a 30-tablet pack for short-term use.

Active ingredient: Lornoxicam 8mg per tablet.

Directions for Use

This medicine requires a prescription. Use only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or after food to protect the stomach, usually once or twice daily as prescribed. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Avoid with active stomach ulcers, severe heart, liver or kidney disease, or aspirin/NSAID allergy. Not recommended in late pregnancy or breastfeeding. May cause stomach upset, dizziness or headache; report black stools or severe stomach pain. Limit alcohol and tell your doctor about blood-thinning or blood-pressure medicines. Store below 30°C.
