Overview
This medication is used to reduce hormone levels that may lead to inflammation and pain. The drug can treat mild and even moderate pain caused by conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This medication is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can be used for pain relief, swelling, inflammation, and stiffness caused by arthritis or injury. It works decreasing prostaglandins in the body which are responsible for pain, fever, and tenderness.
