Enzoflam is a triple-action pain and inflammation tablet combining diclofenac (an anti-inflammatory/NSAID), paracetamol (a painkiller) and serratiopeptidase (an enzyme that helps reduce swelling). It is widely used for dental pain and swelling, and for pain after surgery or injury, arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions. By tackling pain, inflammation and tissue swelling together, Enzoflam offers fast, effective relief. Supplied as a 30-tablet pack.

Active ingredients: Diclofenac sodium 50mg, Paracetamol 500mg, Serratiopeptidase 10mg per tablet.

Directions for Use

This medicine requires a prescription. Use only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Swallow one tablet with water after food to protect the stomach, usually twice daily or as prescribed. Do not take other paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time. Use for the shortest time needed.

Avoid with active stomach ulcers, severe heart, liver or kidney disease, or NSAID/aspirin allergy. Not recommended in late pregnancy or breastfeeding. May cause stomach upset, dizziness or drowsiness. Limit alcohol. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time. Store below 30°C.
