Overview

Lysoflam Tablets (30 pack) are a combination anti-inflammatory used for painful, swollen conditions. Commonly combining diclofenac for pain and inflammation, paracetamol for added pain and fever relief, and serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that helps disperse swelling and inflammatory debris. The trio is prescribed for post-operative and dental swelling, painful joint and muscle injuries, and other inflammatory pain where reducing swelling speeds comfort and recovery. A practical short-course option used under a doctor's or pharmacist's direction .

Combination commonly containing diclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. Confirm components and strengths on product packaging.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Commonly one tablet two to three times daily after food, for the short course prescribed. Swallow whole with water; do not crush (serratiopeptidase is coated to survive stomach acid). Do not take other paracetamol- or NSAID-containing medicines at the same time.

Avoid with stomach ulcers, aspirin/NSAID allergy or asthma triggered by NSAIDs, severe kidney, liver or heart disease, and in the third trimester of pregnancy. Contains paracetamol. Never exceed the stated dose. Caution with blood thinners. Serratiopeptidase and diclofenac may both increase bleeding tendency; stop before planned surgery on medical advice. Take with food. Stop and seek care for black stools or stomach pain. Confirm exact composition on the pack label. Store below 30°C.
