Aclosara MR Tablets are a combination pain reliever for painful musculoskeletal conditions with muscle spasm, typically pairing aceclofenac (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever) and paracetamol with a muscle relaxant. The anti-inflammatory and paracetamol ease the pain and inflammation of conditions such as back pain, neck pain, arthritis flares and sports or strain injuries, while the muscle relaxant ('MR') relieves the tight, knotted muscles that add to the pain. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once or twice daily, with or after food and a glass of water, for the short course advised. Because it contains paracetamol, do not take other paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time, and tell your doctor if pain or spasm does not improve.

Contains paracetamol. Do not combine with other paracetamol products, and never exceed the dose, as overdose can seriously harm the liver. Because it contains an anti-inflammatory (NSAID), take it with food and avoid if you have a stomach ulcer; tell your doctor about heart, kidney or liver problems, high blood pressure or asthma. The muscle relaxant can cause drowsiness. Avoid driving until you know its effect, and avoid alcohol. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice. Store below 30°C.
