Mara Moja Tablets (20 pack) are Kenya's iconic fast-acting painkiller. The name literally promises relief 'at once'. Each tablet combines aspirin 400mg and paracetamol 200mg, two proven pain and fever fighters, with caffeine 50mg, which boosts their effect and lifts the fatigue that often accompanies headaches. The triple action makes short work of headaches, toothache, period pain, backache and cold and flu aches. A trusted household name found in pockets, kiosks and pharmacies for generations.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 16: take one to two tablets with a full glass of water, repeated every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed the maximum number of tablets stated on the pack in 24 hours. Take with or after food if you have a sensitive stomach. Not for children under 16. See a doctor if pain persists beyond a few days or headaches become frequent.

Contains aspirin. Do not use with stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, aspirin/NSAID allergy or asthma triggered by aspirin, in the third trimester of pregnancy, or in children under 16 (risk of Reye's syndrome). Contains paracetamol. Do not combine with other paracetamol products; overdose harms the liver. Caffeine may cause restlessness. Limit other caffeine.
