Applied to the skin, it helps relieve muscular and joint pain such as backache, sprains, strains, and rheumatic or arthritic aches, targeting pain at the site with less of the medicine reaching the rest of the body than tablets. This 30g gel is a convenient option for adults needing localised relief from everyday aches and pains.

Directions for Use

Apply a small amount of gel to the affected area and massage gently into the skin until absorbed, usually up to three times daily, leaving at least a few hours between applications. Wash your hands after use (unless treating the hands). Do not exceed the stated daily amount, and do not use on broken skin. Do not cover with an airtight dressing.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and broken or irritated skin. Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatories, or if these trigger asthma or wheezing. Use with caution in asthma; avoid in the last trimester of pregnancy and check with a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Wash hands after applying and avoid sun exposure on treated skin.
