Overview

Clozole-B Cream (30g) is a combination skin cream for treating inflamed, itchy fungal skin infections. It contains clotrimazole, an antifungal that kills the fungus causing infections such as ringworm, athlete's foot and skin thrush, together with beclometasone, a corticosteroid that quickly calms the redness, itching and inflammation. Together they relieve the itch and discomfort while treating the underlying fungal infection. A doctor- or pharmacist-recommended cream helping people treat itchy, inflamed fungal skin. Actives: Clotrimazole (antifungal) and Beclometasone dipropionate (corticosteroid) per gram. Confirm exact strengths on the pack.

Directions for Use

For external use on the skin. Use only as directed. Wash and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer to the affected skin, usually twice a day, for the short course advised (steroid-containing creams are not for long-term use). Wash your hands after applying (unless treating the hands). Keep using it for the full course even once itching settles, to fully clear the fungal infection.

Because it contains a steroid, do not use for longer than advised or on the face, groin or broken skin unless your doctor directs, as overuse can thin the skin and the steroid can mask or worsen some infections. Do not use on untreated bacterial or viral skin infections (such as cold sores or impetigo). Stop and seek advice if the skin worsens or does not improve in 1-2 weeks.
