    Overview
    Scabees Application 100ml contains benzyl benzoate 25%, a long-trusted treatment for scabies and lice. Applied to the whole body from the neck down, it kills the scabies mites burrowed in the skin that cause the intensely itchy rash, and is also used against head and body lice. Affordable and widely available across Kenya, Scabees remains a first-line household answer to scabies outbreaks. Provided every close contact is treated at the same time and clothing and bedding are washed hot.

    Benzyl benzoate 25% w/v application/emulsion. Confirm on product packaging.

    Directions for Use
    After a warm bath, apply the emulsion to dry skin over the entire body from the neck down. Including between fingers and toes, wrists, armpits and groin. Allow to dry before dressing. Leave on for 24 hours, then wash off; repeat as directed (commonly a second application within 24 hours or after 7 days). For children, dilute as directed on the pack or by a pharmacist. Treat all household contacts simultaneously and hot-wash bedding and clothing.

    For external use only. Keep away from the eyes, mouth, broken or weeping skin; it stings on raw skin. Itching may persist for 2-3 weeks after successful treatment. This does not mean failure; do not over-apply. Burning and irritation are common, especially in children. Dilute appropriately and avoid use on infants except on medical advice. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless a clinician advises. Store below 30°C tightly closed.
