Candid Lotion 20ml delivers Glenmark's trusted clotrimazole 1% antifungal in a light, fast-absorbing lotion ideal for treating fungal infections over larger or hairy areas of skin. It clears ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch, candida skin infections and pityriasis versicolor. Relieving the itching, redness and scaling these infections cause. The lotion spreads easily without greasiness, making application simple for body folds, the scalp margin and chest or back patches common 's warm, humid conditions. Suitable for adults and children when used as directed.
Clotrimazole 1% w/v lotion.
Directions for Use
Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly. Apply a few drops to the affected skin and surrounding area and spread gently, two to three times daily. Continue for 1-2 weeks after symptoms clear to prevent recurrence. Courses typically run 2-4 weeks in total. Wash hands after use, and seek advice if there is no improvement after 2 weeks.
For external use only. Avoid eyes and mouth; rinse with water if contact occurs. Do not apply to broken skin. Mild burning or redness may occur; stop if severe irritation or rash develops. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist. Dry skin thoroughly after bathing and avoid sharing towels to prevent re-infection. Store below 30°C.
