Take one caplet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
I'm only a few days into using the product hence can't comment on whether or not I'll get the desired results. I have not experienced any serious side effects that would warrant discontinuation, however the taste of it is not the best(guess that's why it's advisable to take with meals) also within the first hour of taking it i experience some feeling in my body that i can't elaborately explain, but it's nothing debilitating neither is it alarming in any way, basically i just feel like yes whatever i took is trying to act here and there in my body or my system has 'taken note of it' , as I said, can't quite explain it
